A Porsche Approved Warranty offers:
- Worldwide cover
- All repair or replacement costs are covered,
including parts and labour
- No excess to pay
- No mileage limit during the warranty period
- Porsche Genuine Parts used in repairs
- Optional duration of 12, 24 or 36 months
- Coverage for Porsche vehicles up to
15 years old
A Porsche Approved Warranty can be purchased
from Porsche Centres for any Porsche that meets the
eligibility criteria; either to extend an existing Porsche
Approved Warranty or the Porsche New Car Guarantee,
or where a car does not have any existing cover.
The 12, 24 or 36 month Porsche Approved Warranty
is available for all Porsche cars (excluding Carrera GT
and 918. For full exclusions, please refer to the terms
and conditions) less than 14, 13 or 12 years old
respectively.
Only one warranty policy of any period of cover may
be purchased during an unexpired policy term, and
the mileage must be less than 125,000 miles at the
point of warranty activation.

We are committed to the quality of our sports cars and every
Porsche is a sports car. This is why the Porsche Approved Warranty
insurance policy is available for Porsche vehicles up to 15 years old.
The Porsche Approved Warranty policy is an insurance product
underwritten by Acasta European Insurance Company Limited, which
provides cover comparable with the Porsche New Car Guarantee.
The Porsche Approved Warranty covers the cost of repair or
replacement of your vehicle’s systems and components at an
o cial Porsche Centre if they are found to have a manufacturing

Porsche Approved Warranty.
We can’t foresee the future. But we can
guarantee its quality.
Stand-alone Warranty.
The purchase of a Porsche Approved Warranty following
the expiry of the New Car Guarantee or existing Porsche
Approved Warranty, is referred to as a Porsche Approved
Stand-alone Warranty.
To be eligible, you must have owned your car for at least
90 days and a 111-point inspection must be carried out
on your car by a Porsche Centre.
The 111-point inspection may be charged for in addition
to the cost of the Approved Warranty and any car faults
identi ed during the inspection will need to be repaired
prior to a Porsche Approved Warranty being issued.
The 111-point check will be valid for 180 days or 155 miles.

Porsche Approved Warranty does not include Porsche Assistance. Please ensure this is discussed when purchasing with your local Porsche Centre.
Exclusions.
The policy does not cover any system or
component on your vehicle which is defective,
fails or requires replacement due to wear and tear
or external/outside in uences (including but not
limited to accident, hail, ooding, war, invasion,
civil unrest, revolution, terrorism, vandalism or
similar event).
A claim made under your policy shall be invalid
to the extent that the defect results from any
of the following:
• Improper use or overstraining of the vehicle,
use of the vehicle in speed-timed events,
competitive motorsport events or for
commercial purposes
• Your vehicle has previously been repaired,
maintained or serviced in a way other than in
accordance with the manufacturer’s standards
• Service, repair or maintenance has previously
been performed on the vehicle by you or by a
third party who is not an authorised Porsche
Centre/Porsche Service Centre
• Non-Porsche Genuine Parts have been tted
to your vehicle
• The vehicle has been modi ed in a manner
not formally approved by the manufacturer
• There has been a non-approved change,
deterioration or corruption of the control
and computer
• You have failed to follow the guidelines on
service intervals, operation, use, treatment
and care of the vehicle, as provided by the
manufacturer
• You have failed to report the defect at the
earliest possible opportunity or have failed to
provide an opportunity for a Porsche Centre
or a Porsche Service Centre to remedy the
defect within a reasonable period of time
• Service (Workshop) or recall campaigns
published by the manufacturer, Porsche Centre
or Porsche Service Centre have not been
carried out on your vehicle
• The defective system or component has been
tampered with; whether or not such excluded cause
or event has operated alone or in conjunction with
another, not excluded, cause or event
The following components and defects are not covered
under the Porsche Approved Warranty:
• Components whose build and use are not licensed
by the manufacturer
• Optical and acoustic defects with no impact upon
functionalit y
The following costs and work items are not covered
under the Porsche Approved Warranty:
• Any direct or indirect costs over and above the
repair of your vehicle. These include but are not
limited to: towing costs, accommodation costs,
car rental costs, compensation for loss of use or
delay in obtaining repair components
• All costs more speci cally insured under other
insurance
• Calibration, testing, adjustment and costs
of maintenance, inspection, care, cleaning,
procurement, disposal, freight and shipping not
arising in connection with a covered defect

Warranty Extension.
If your Porsche has an existing New Car Guarantee or Porsche
Approved Warranty, this may be extended until the car is 14 years
old for a 12 month policy, 13 years old for a 24 month policy, or 12
years old for a 36 month policy.
A 111-point inspection is not required for a Warranty Extension.
A Warranty Extension can be purchased whilst the existing policy
is live. Once expired, a Warranty Extension can be purchased
up to 30 days within the expiry.
Porsche Approved Warranty does not include Porsche Assistance. Please ensure
this is discussed when purchasing with your local Porsche Centre.
